Reflexology 


What is reflexology?


In short, Reflexology is pressure point therapy applied to the hands and feet to bring the body back into alignment. Reflexology is a form of bodywork that involves applying pressure to the hands and feet these pressure points connect to body organs that help to relieve stress, pain, anxiety, improve circulation, among other benefits.

*Clients that are pregnant should not schedule until the last 3 weeks of pregnancy. 


What to expect at your appointment?

A brief consultation with Reflexologist to go over health history, the appointment will be adjusted to fit all needs.


How to prepare for your appointment?


Wear comfortable clothes (pants that can be rolled up). Do not eat a big meal. Will need to drink water after the appointment. 


What to expect after the appointment?

In most cases, clients are extremely relaxed and will feel sleepy. Since reflexology is a detox may have an increase in bathroom frequency. On very rare occasions some clients have reported feeling nauseous.  

 

 

Pedicures


How are our pedicures different from your typical nail salon?


Our pedicures are bespoke, using luxury scrubs and oils. Clients can add gel, charcoal detox mask, or hot stones to any appointment.


Pressured massage is applied to each pedicure not as targeted as reflexology.
