Booking an appointment
In order to book an appointment, A client intake form and A non-refundable deposit are required.
Health and Safety Notice: Socks are now required during your service.
In order to maintain a clean and comfortable environment and for Hygiene and Safety reasons, you are being asked to wear socks while in the salon.​ Socks are available for purchase for $5.00.
​​Reschedule/Cancel your appointment
​To reschedule your appointment and retain your deposit please do so 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you reschedule your appointment beyond two weeks a new booking fee will be applied.
Cancellations can only be done through the app. Please use the "cancel" button to take you there.
Same Day Appointments
Appointments made on the same day will be charged the full amount at booking.
No Call/No Show
If you do not show up for your appointment and do not call, you will be charged the full amount of your service.
Late Arrivals
Please give yourself enough time to make your scheduled appointment.
Arrivals 7 minutes after their scheduled time will be accessed a $15 charge.
Parking
Parking at our 415 E. Broad Street location requires that you use the CBUS parking app.
Parking in the back of the building is prohibited. Vehicles will be towed at your expense.
